Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Phil is very receptive to "on the fly" modifications. This is extremely important, as we are Homeowners With Ideas. Most contractors like to force their way of doiing things, but not Phil. He will, however, let you know that your wild idea is going to cost extra. We are remodelling parts of a 105 year old farm house, and we have found interesting things to accomodate, to say the least. Phil always responds to e-mails within a few hours and is punctual on work days. He always seems to get his cuts right, with very little re-saw.

Just that they were easily accessible, always called back. They were a had of me, there was no issues, timeliness was great. They were very clean, parts placed to the side of the house.
