quick response. arrived at specified time. explained work to be done. installed drain pipi on t/p valve according to building code. work was done quickly and a clean and neat finish. price competetive.polite and personable personel.

What was there to complain about? The gentlemen showed up on time, had the unit I needed in the van, & installed it immediatetly. I had done some reasearch & the price seemed reasonable (as a homeowner in these difficult times, we hate to spend money and would like to pay rediculoulsly low prices - how about FREE?) & they were able to give me a bit of a discount. The outside unit was enclosed by some ancient cabinet doors & I was mildly alarmed when they had to remove them from their hinges to get the old unit out, but they put the new unit in, & replaced the doors as if they had never been touched. Like I said. What's to complain about?

Besides giving a $200 discount, they also showed up when promised and performed great. They never tried to hustle me into giving them the job.
