Your best choice for home or business inspections!
Best Choice Inspections, PLLC, provides a variety of services and inspection rates for residential and commercial property inspections. Residential home inspections may be performed with rates at a per square foot price or flat base rate. Other inspection services include multifamily apartment buildings or individual complexes. Commercial inspections are offered at a per square foot pricing with additional charges on HVAC Systems. Optional Inspections are available for systems including but not limited to pools, spas, hot tubs, pier and beam crawl spaces, lawn, sprinkler systems, re-inspections or consultations. Finally, phase inspections are offered at a competitive rate on new home inspection constructions including pre-placement concrete foundations, pre-sheet rock (rough-in), final inspection per square foot or base rate, and project management on house.

Ron was very professional at all times. He walked us through the entire process, explained everything he did and was going to do. When his inspection was finished he went over every detail with us and walked us through the entire property. The next day we received his inspection report via email as he promised. I think Best Choice Inspections is a great company and do an outstanding job. Thank you Ron!
