She has been out in the weather with a snow shovel because their snowblower is too unwieldy for her to use. John from Get Wired Now contacted me by telephone to discuss the project, we worked out payment terms that worked and he took care of the project immediately. The relief in my mom's voice when she saw "the snow flying" in the driveway ahead of John's plow is worth way more than the cost of the project. It is great to deal with someone who does what they say they will. Excellent. Rating: Project: TV Wall Mount Once we made the request (on a Sunday), John got back to us on Tuesday.  Before providing an estimate, he asked numerous questions about the job (such as do we need new, longer cables).… Read Complete Rating Once we made the request (on a Sunday), John got back to us on Tuesday.  Before providing an estimate, he asked numerous questions about the job (such as do we need new, longer cables).  Once he got the information, he first provide an estimate over the phone and then followed it up in writing via email.  Once hired, he came in the same week to do the work.  He was prompt, courteous, and friendly.  He did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards.  Wihle doing the job, he asked us questions and answered the questions we had.  He also provided his opinion on matters where useful.  We are quite pleased with the work and would hire him again.
