Every evening, same time, same area (master suite) we'd hear what sounded like an animal trashing around just above our bed. It was only at night, starting around 7pm or so.  We thought something had gotten into the attic. The 1st tech said he saw rat droppings and set traps. The thrashing continued. A week later a different tech stated he saw NO evidence of any rats, that it was probably a squirrel. He set up cages. This went on for about 4wks. Nothing was ever caught, what ever it was went away on its own, the cages are still here and I'm out $350.  They also sprayed interior/exterior for bugs but we still get them occassionly.
