This company came out on a Saturday to treat my home for Carpenter Aunts. The First guy came out did half the things listed on the list, my mother and I were the only ones home at the time. He did not spray the rooms listed he only sprayed outside and one window front. Within 6 days the aunts were so bad that I was unable to go into my dining room. I had to call them back out, and this time I had to have my brother walk around with the guy and check off everything listed. I call customer service and the young lady tried to make excuses for the first guy. I could not believe it. I wish I had gone with a company that could be trusted.

karissa, who took the initial call was GREAT! knowledgable, answered all my question and polite...very upbeat on the phone. our service was alsom great...explaining everything he was doing and why; set good expectations of first visit. still finding dead creepy crawlers outside!
