Very good service. Technician was able to solve a challenging situation with very positive outcomes for me. I really think this is a good company and believe you can trust them ... but $$$.

It wasn't a cheap day, but I did get several plumbing repairs completed. Andy with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He got everything done quickly and he made sure the reparis were complete before he left the house. I would highly recommend them to ohers.

Matt arrived on time.He did an excellent job and cleaned up when he was finished, He did such a good job we had him replace a toilet in one of the bathrooms acouple of weeks later.

Charged $191 for 20min. of work. Didn't fix the drain, had to come out again.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
It was the best deal for the money. Although I thought they were a little high I was very impressed with how everything was handled. I recieved 3 calls for the job and was not impressed with the other 2.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because I had a leaky shower/bath faucet. They were very professional and got a plumber out to my house very quickly. He diagnosed the problem, went out to get the part and replaced the shower cartridge professionally and expediently. After he left we realized the hot and cold were reversed but we called Benjamin Franklin and they sent someone out the very next day to fix the issue. Their customer service was excellent; however, I felt that $289 to replace a Delta shower cartridge was too much- cost is the only reason I wouldn't recommend them again. Otherwise they were very good.
