Project: Pump Out a Septic Tank
A new technician overcharged me for the service. BFP subcontracted the pumping and did not offer any value add to the service. I would have preferred to have dealt with the pumping company directly - such a company is what I expected when I contacted service magic in the first place. To their credit, after I called to question the charges, the BFP owner looked into the project and informed me of the quoting mistake. He made the charges right. The techs were neat, clean and professional. I asked for and expected a pump truck, not a service team.

The company called and scheduled service for 8-10AM. Office called to keep me informed of serviceman's arrival time. Serviceman arrived at 8:30. Handled the call quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
