Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
First service person repaired water heater. Installed new part, left without testing unit. When I got home water heater was not working, part installed was not correct. Service person left mess on floor. Called again and had diffferent service person, he told me that the part installed was wrong, andf that it would be another $400.00 to repair. Decided to purchase new water heater, when they brought in new heaters they tore part of my door trim off and acted like they new nothing about it. They said that they would take off $50.00 from my bill, which ended up costing me over $2,000.00 to replace and cover first call. Will never use again.
