The quality was great; my problem was much larger than a clogged drain as I thought. The plumber stayed until the job was done and kept me informed as he moved along. The one negative is that they were very expensive...

Very professional, courteous sn knowledgeable. Installed water powered backup sumppump that works when my power goes out and the primary pump that they also installed does not operate. Real peace of mind. 5 year warranty on pumps.

Carlos from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was wonderful to deal with, courteous, quick, efficient, clean, and showed up exactly when he said he would. I am completely satisfied with the work he did for me.
