When the tech came he gave me an estimate, since this was my first estimate I told him I would think about it and get back with them.… Read Complete Rating When I made the appt. they said it would be a FREE estimate. When the tech came he gave me an estimate, since this was my first estimate I told him I would think about it and get back with them. He then informed me their was a $75 service call and he needed payment imediately. After a heated discussion and reducing the estimate by 10% I agreed to get the job done then. He said he had all the parts needed and could complete the job in 2hrs. Turns out he didn't have the replacement faucet with him and had to call it in. He started removing the old faucets, the new one was delivered in 30 min. The job took about 3hrs. Overall the work was well  See All Ratings
