Once they Diagnoised the problem they explained exactly what they were going to do, their prices were up front,, I don't know if its procedure but i had the owner of the company on the job ,, they were on time explained the membership that is available warranty and any questions i may have. Being a women i thought i would be taken advantage of but it wasn't that way at all they took the time to answer all my questions no matter how small or insignificant they thought they were. I would call them again if need be and recommend them,,thank you Charles and Angel

These guys are wonderful! They were prompt, efficient, and patiently explained the problem and possible solutions to me. They took great care to not make a mess in my home. They will definitely be our first call for any future plumbing concerns!

Hiring Ben Franklin Plumbing for our project was the best decision we made. Charles England and his team are completely professional and courteous. They even helped me chase down my cat when he got out. Our new bathroom is beautiful! As new homeowners we have many more projects to complete and we will definitely be using Ben Franklin again.

Angel- the onsite plumber was courteous, punctual and neat. His workmanship appears to be of the highest order. Charles- the manager was the first servicemagic vendor to respond to my inquiry- he did so inside 10 minutes of me submitting my job on ServiceMagic. The home visit fee of $40 was a great advantage and the attention to detail will earn them my next call. Thank you for a job well done.
