The office responded very quickly to the initial work order.  The plumber came out in a reasonable amount of time to do an estimate and came out to do the work on a day I was off from work, and he came at the time he had said he would be there.  He was very informative about what he was going to do and what needed to be done to be up to code.  He offered me choices of how to install the water heater and and what size and plan.  He was friendly and upbeat.  The work was done well and within a reasonable time.
