Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe
My experience with this company was great, and I had to replace just about all the sewer piping in my house. Nathan was extremely professional and friendly, explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions, gave good estimates, and went above and beyond helping me work with my insurance company. He never talked down to me and always made sure I gave the okay before he did any work. I had contact with three of his other plumbers, and all were very courteous and professional. When I called, the office staff was helpful and cheerful. I'm a single female who lives alone and would recommend these guys to anyone.

They showed up when they said they would. Larry, the plumber, was professional and went above and beyond to get me a fair price for the job. The work was completed within an hour. He even matched the faucet head with my red front door! There was some confusion about the trip fee and the info on this website that states there is no trip fee, but they generously waived that fee since I booked the job. This is a great company that provides prompt and professional service. I recommend them without hesitation.

Project: Clean Out a Sewer
Larry was friendly, professional, and most of all very responsive to the client's needs. You could tell he really wanted to solve the problem at hand and worked probably above and beyond to "get 'er done!" His jetting machine (to clear/clean drain lines) is the bomb.

A little more expensive than others but I liked their service orientation and felt very confident in their expertise. Also like that they use Rheem water heaters. Came out to give a free estimate. Other companies either charged a fee for an estimate, or estimated over the phone with caveats about additional TBD fees if they have to "bring it up to code". Since it had been 20+ years since the previous water heater installation, we knew that would probably be the case (it was) so we were able to get an exact estimate/no surprises. Very helpful, very professional company. Did a nice job.
