Great response to a weekend emergency. Good, knowledgeable crew worked hard all weekend to replace my well pump. Will definetly call them again for future plumbing issues.

Plumber Keith showed up a little over 1 hour after the call was placed and didn't leave until I was satisfied with the job. He was informative, friendly, and honest. I will recommend and use Ben Franklin again.

You can trust Benjamin Franklin to be very professional. The pricing is spelled out in the paperwork for each type of job - It's up to you whether you feel it's fair or not. I like to see things spelled out and I like to know I'm paying the same as everyone else for the same job. I know they are experts, so I don't worry about the quality of their work. They are wonderful with customer service and I have had them come out on the weekend when I was not able to be home during the week. I highly recommend them.
