They were prompt and friendly. Explained everything about the scope of work, listened to my needs, concerns about remodeling my kitchen. Gave me good advice on other plumbing issues as well. Will definitely use them again.

We had a water leak close to the street. 10000 gal in a month according to water co. Called this Co. They came right away. Brought expensive equipment . They did say it would cost $250 if they took it off the truck, but it was VERY sensitive and could find the smallest leak. We agree. They could not find the leak, but did try to sell a new system from the street to the house. The bill was over $300 and leak not found or repaired. Had another Co come out. Leak was found in 30 min, repaired in less than 2 hr total. the leak was 3 feet from the meter and 14 in deep. cost was $120. Maybe they usually do quality work , but not for us.
