Luke not only answered my request quickly, but was on time to the actual job and did a great great job. Everything was installed clean and made the house look like a model home. We were blown away. He went above and beyond the job and we appreciated that. I will use Luke and Benedetti Electrical services for every electrical job I have from now on. Wow.

We had so many little odd electrical jobs we didn't expect one guy to be able to cover it all; installing lights, repairing outlets, repairing dimmers, ceiling vent fans.. You name it.. After entering my inquiry on service magic, my phone rang almost as soon as i hit "Submit." Literally, by that same time the next day all of our projects were complete. Incredible! I'm new to Austin, and i've only worked with a couple electricians in the past, but if I ever need anything again, i'll be calling Benedetti directly.

Luke was right on time as promised and completed the work quickly. I appreciated his honesty; turns out we didn't have the electrical problem I had anticipated. He fixed what needed to be fixed and nothing more - also pointed out a problem and encouraged me to call PEC to have them out.
