Easy to work with. Flexible and completed project in a timely manner. Respected our ideas and gave good suggestions all staying within our budget. We would recommend them again and use them in the future for other projects.

Project: Build an Addition
Talk about construction nightmares. this one had it all. From different project managers to rain filling my house, change orders, subs not getting paid by the General and them calling me. Not fun.

Dione Carberry and Trina have been extremely helpful with great ideas. They are very professional and knowledgeable from the design to helping us stay within our budget. We are in the shopping stage for granite, back splash tiles, to paint and faucets. Their resource lists are very helpful. We are looking forward to our completed gourmet kitchen. Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
So far we are only in the design stage and have not gotten through to the real work, I mean seen the results on our home yet. Dion whom we are working with our design consultant, is such a doll she is very sweet and personable, we are enjoying each step that she is leading us through!

Bender was the only contractor that understood what I wanted in the kitchen remodel. Joe made it happen exactly as I visioned.

Project: Build an Addition
I marked poor under timeliness due to the following; the project(a small one) was supposed to be completed by Dec 24th 2004, but with delays by the electricians and then the sheet rockers,it was not completed until January 14th., a delay of 21 days. the whole project was only supposed to take 7 to 10 business days. I found their work to be exceptional and Gabe was wonderful to deal with. I would use them again, but with some type of finanacial guarntee that the job will be completed on time.

Joe is VERY responsive and courteous. He's been very helpful w/ the planning and has been extremely flexible w/ the contact (I wanted to do some of the work). However, he hasn't done is part yet (not his fault - he's waiting for me), so I can't rate him very well on his quality & budget yet.

Project: Install or Replace a Bathtub Liner or Shower Surround
We backed down from our original project due to cost. After thinking about final scope and what we paid, I think we were completely over-charged. I wish I had shopped around and gotten other bids/options. I believe I could have gotten the same work done for less than 1/2 the cost.
