Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
New roof due to hail damage. Pros: Arranged the meeting with insurance claim adjuster and took care of that aspect. Completed the job in one day and did an exceptional clean up job (even removed old debris from around the house) Cons: Very difficult to get a hold of. Never returned calls. Took months to get final payment to them. The owner came to the house to apologize for his contractor. Said he fired him, but saw the contractor the next day and acted like everything was normal. Said they were going to get someone to repair interior water damage; never followed through. Work was excellent, dealing with this company, not worth the pain.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Benchmark was very quick and professional about the repair. They not only repaired the roof leak but also did a quick inspection and found other trouble areas. The builder had installed the roofing improperly 14 years ago, this is something I thought was the case but it was nice to have a professional verify my fears. I look forward to having Benchmark come back in the fall and replace the roofing.

Super fast, good work - but a little expensive for work done (10 shingles and some double sided tape $250)
