I was interested in this job because of my love for working & building with my hands..I love working in the plumbing industry. I've done plumbing in Iraq, Utah, Oregon and Idaho. Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Curtis suggested replacing the defective parts rather than the whole water heater which saved us $5-600 dollars. Called us withing 15 minutes of placing our request on Service Magic and had the project completed a couple of hours later the same day.

Both businesses responded within minutes of posting and provided bids within days. Both were friendly and eager to do the job. Benchmark had a slightly better bid and the job was done the next day.

the response time was amazing. you could tell over the phone that the owner takes care in his company. once we had the water heater installed, I was extremely happy with the work. i felt safe with the workers in my home, loved the affordability and the quality of work and the follow-up. I would highly recommend them as a plumber and have kept their number for future work.

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
Curtis went out of his way to help get a gas stove installed. He needed a longer flex pipe and headed to Lowes to get one, he offered to pick up a 220V connector while he was there just to help out. Stove is installed and working great. Thanks Curtis!

Project: Install a Tankless Water Heater System
On Sunday evening, I discovered that our gas water heater was leaking. Benchmark was out Monday morning to review the situation. It was decided that a new water hater was the best choice. I wanted to consider options, such as a tankless water or hybrid water heater. Benchmark provided quick options for me to consider. When I reached a decision, a new water heater was installed on Friday.
