Project: Renovate or Repair a Home

We are so happy with the renovation of our family room. Miles is friendly, professional and knowledgable. He and his workers gave us advice and ideas, like the spotlight on the picture over the fireplace and the recessed lighting. Doug the carpenter did a fantastic job on the shelving, mantle and trim. The walls are flawless, the drywall finishing and Brady Groesbeck's painting was great. Miles also recommended Beckwith Floors for the carpeting which we love. We had some flooding issues in our basement during the renovation and Miles did some repair work there for us too. Again, a wonderful job.

Project: Build an Addition

During the initial walk-around, Benchmark spent the most time at my house, asked the most questions, did the most listening, and made the most notes. Benchmark's proposal was by far the most detailed and extensive. I knew exactly what was going to be done to the house and what it involved. The work Benchmark did on my house exceeded my expectations in just about every way. They didn't just do what was required, they did an excellent job and also took care of minor details I forgot to ask for, or didn't know to ask for. Benchmark will be my first choice for future projects.
