Ben gave me a estimate for $150.00. I was very clear on the instruction . I wanted to get my front and back yard cleaned.. He first said he could start the very next day. He ended up coming 5 days later. I got frustrated and ended up cutting my own grass. He showed up when Noone was home, because I believe he wanted to over charge me for the work. We agreed that the price would be 25 per Hr .. He charged me 25.00 per person.. Per hour .

The job ended up taking 3 more hours, which shows that we were not to much off the estimated hours.This was in a middle of spring, weather has to permit. If the client did not understand the weather issue, she could have gone with someone else, since we did not sign a contract nor took a deposit. If client was over charged in the front yard, client would not have awarded us the backyard project.On the last complaint of $25 per hour rate, If a job takes one man 3 days (24 hours) it would take 3 men one day (8 hours each= 24 hours). What you pay in the end is the men hours. Hope the client understands this and use us again.

Reasonable estimates. The project was top notch. Not only did they show up on time, but they finished the first project as scheduled. very good results.
