Charlie came to my residence and gave me an estimate for rug replacement for a spare bedroom and two sets of stairs and a small hallway. He also gave me an estimate for new hardwood flooring in my master bedroom. He was very honest and suggested that it wasn't necessary to spend a fortune to install the hardwood flooring. The estimate was extremely reasonable and less than we expected. The work done by his subcontractors was excellent. I would definitely recommend his company to my family and friends for any flooring needs. I was extremely satisfied during the entire process.

Charlie came to see the scope of work and gave me an estimate. He's very knowledgable about flooring and offered various options and priced within my budget. On the day of work, I expected Charlie to show up in the beginning but instead I was greeted by subcontractors. I wasn't completely happy with the finished project, but it was satisfactory. I wished Charlie showed up at least once during the work, but he didn't. If I had known the project was going to be subcontracted then I probably would have thought twice.

Sorry to here this first the refinishers were from my company second you did not want to do the job the way it should have been done I told you this was not the way to do the repair but you insisted to have it done this way that's why you only spent a few dollars the job only lasted 6 hours in total again no subcontractors work for me I have 4 different business in 3 different locations each specializing in different formats

I have my staircase carpet installed. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the quality of the carpet. They are beautiful and comfortable.the price is reasonable for the work.

You simply can't afford not to talk to Charlie at Bella Casa Floors. There are too many contractors out there that will sell you what you think you might need and more, but Charlie won't do that. Charlie will tell you what your options are - wether it's a sale for him or not. He came out to my apartment to see some damage that I though would require replacing 600sf of flooring, but Charlie had a solution to fix the existing floor that cost me nothing! Not only that the estimate he gave me to replace the floor if the repair didn't work was 15% less than other bids I got. Talk to Bella Casa Flooring and decide for yourself.

We are really please with the work they did. They replaced the floor and sub-floor and leveled it and they installed a new wood floor. They suggested to install the floor diagonally and it looks awesome. I would work with them again, no doubt about it. The guy in charge of all the installation was Vincent and he was really professional. the only thing I could say is even though sometimes we had 3 guys working on our place and it took longer than it was planned the guy who did 90% of the job was Vincent. So just keep in mind that having more guys working onsite it doesn't guaranty that the work will be done sooner.
