Bell was very prompt in getting back to me when it received notice that I was interested in hiring someone to install a water heater. One of the others also was very prompt; one didn't respond until after I already had hired Bell. Bell was the only plumber I contacted who mentioned, correctly, that Shorewood requires a building permit to install a water heater. The others either did not know that or did not mention the additional cost involved for the permit and the need for a follow-up inspection. I was impressed by Bell's honesty about that. The plumber arranged to come on short notice and arrived when promised.

Sine my job was not an emergency and I was going out of town after the initial contact, some time passed before the job was completed. After a reminder phone call two weeks after my return , service was scheduled and completed with a job well done. I even added snaking out of a drain and that was "no problem." Thanks Greg.
