Took us a long time to decide which patio sliding doors we want, hurricane impact or non impact. We have a few contractors competing for the contract from us. Richard and Steven both present them self us very knowledgeable of the product's they are selling. Quality of the installation done by Ron and his helper was impeccable. Richard's supervision and final inspection of the job make us very satisfied customer. Yes, we will recommend Belko to anybody.

Project: Install or Replace Sliding Doors
It is hard to find honest workers in south florida, but I found them working for Belko Construction Corp. They were on time for their appointments, did not raise the estimated price after work began, completed installing hurricane rated sliders in the timeline agreed upon, cleaned up the worksite everyday, polite workers, and my doors look great. If you are looking for door or window replacement, Belko Construction will not disappoint you.

Excellent workmanship. The estimated quote was accurate and detailed. The Installers were very professional and demonstrated a complete sense of confidence. They advised me on each step of progression throughtout the project. Would recommend Belko to family, friends and neighbors.

Professional from start to finish ... from the first phone call to the final inspection. Installation was flawless: had a confirmation call, installers were actually early, had drop clothes, vaccuum and cleaned up afterwards. Salesperson even showed up as the workers were packing up to make sure I was happy and to see if I had any questions. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Go with Belko!

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. They were very professional, always on time and kept me up to date on the project from start to finish. Belko replaced all the windows and a large sliding door in my apartment. The overall experience in terms of service and quality of the installation, was great. They fulfilled all the expectations and were very diligent and informative in all the phases of the process. I recommend them highly. Very professional

All work was completed ahead of schedule. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded my expectation. I contracted this work while out of state, I was kept informed at every step without having to place a call myself. The workers were neat and clean, and if not for the new windows, door and sliders that had been installed I would not have know they were there. As a professional who contracts hundreds of jobs annually myself, i say without hesitation that Belko rates up there with the very best. I am considering doing some additional work in my Co-Op and will definitely use Belko once again.. My Highest Recommendation
