Appraisal was done as he said it would be. We got it back in a timely manner and he was able to do it when we needed it. Was professional and helpful. The only complaint the bank will not let us use this we have to have another one done which we have to pay for. Would have been nice to know this beforehand.

When I requested the appraisal to be done on aa Tuesday, I asked how many days would it take to get the results back to me because i had a meeting to attend on Thursday. I was told about two days and I said fine. I understand that you sometimes run into problems, but it is not the customer responsiblity to be chasing down and calling he appraiser to find out what happened. I finally got the report at on Saturday at 11:50pm after being told I would get it on Friday when I called them again. This is not good business. If you can't deliver the service when promised, you should be calling the customer as soon as possiible. Thanks.

This was a difficult appraisal. It typically only takes a day or two, but my research was more involved on this one and we unfortunatley did not get the report back as promised. Thanks for your understanding and we hope you were satisfied with our work.
