I contracted for move in service, about 2 1/2 hours into the job, they came and told me they had to leave, that had some where they needed to be.   They left with out finishing the cleaning.   If they had been upfront and told me there time was limited when they arrived I could have prioritized what I wanted done.. Instead  some of the most important stuff was left un done.  I would not use them again

Belen came with her brother.  They were on time, and they were very thorough.  They did a MUCH better job than a company I have used in the past.  I kept trying to help (move-out cleaning) so they could be done sooner, and they kept telling me I didn't have to.  After insisting, they finally gave me a sponge to do the baseboards.  Very friendly, very professional.  Our power was shut off already, so there was no AC, and it was very hot in the house, and they were totally understanding and willing to work anyway.  I would highly recommend.  I will use them again once we are unpacked in our new house.
