On Dec 9, I had an appointment with Bel Tex between 2 and 4pm for a gas leak in my Jen aire cook top, they never showed up and at 5:30pm called to say they forgot the appointment and said they'd come on Sat at 9am. Sat am Marco showed up and tested for leaks with soap and water, he supposedly fixed it and I paid him $50. I still had a gas smell and called the next week but got no return call, I called again on 19 he said he would come between 2-4pm at 3pm he called to say his technician was busy and the technician would come tomorrow at 2:30, again no one showed and I have never received a phone call since. Bel Tex is not very professional.

The tech had no idea how a GE built in fridge works. First he diagnosed the evap van was broken and gave a quote to replace the fan for $400. After my husband spoke with the Wholesale seller and got the GE service manual, he found the fan was working fine. On his second visit, he incorrectly diagnosed that the freon was TOO LOW and stated that there is a leak in the system and that it is irreparable. After he then talked with the Wholesale seller on the phone and found he incorrectly read the freon level and there was TOO MUCH freon, he released some freon and the fridge is now fixed... but not by Bel Tex & I still got billed for 2 visits
