Project: Repair Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
Jim called me within 1 minute of submitting my request to servicemagic and was out that evening to give me a quote on a project. I had 25 loose italian ceramic tiles that were from a discontinued pattern. Jim and his crew spent 2 days painstakingly removing 35 tiles ( no extra charge) without cracking a single one and made a disaster into a brand new looking floor for me. Can't say enough. Came early and stayed late making sure everything was perfect. Don't look any further if you want the project done right for a reasonable price.

Jim did an excellent job. He was very helpful, listen to my needs and made great suggestions. Also, he kept communication going and made it easy for me to arrange the time for the installation. I will definately recommend his services to my friends.
