Beehive Ceilings

I solicited three bids for this removal of popcorn ceilings in our home and found Beehive to be, overall, the most competitive. I carefully checked their BBB rating as well as investigated whether they were both licensed and insured. In all cases they didn't disappoint. The quality was excellent and customer interface was simply one of the best I have experienced.

They were prompt, they did a great job, and they were very courteous and fast. We used them for additional work as well and would use them again.

Estimate was misleading as to the total amount to be paid for the finished job. The actual cost turned out to be twice what we thought it was. Painters painted over curtain attach bolts making them unusable.

Beehive Ceilings has completed over 11,000 ceiling jobs. The popcorn ceiling removal and retexture is completed in 1 day. In a couple of days when the texture is dry we can paint the retextured ceilings. The Estimate shows price to paint retextured ceilings & was initialed by customer. The customer requested an estimate for painting walls and doors. The separate quote was approved by customer including color selection. Additional approved wall & door painting increased the cost. We would have removed the paint from the screws at no charge had we been informed of the problem. Our work is guaranteed, but we are not mind readers.

They say they leave no mess behind but that was not the case. The house was completely empty, no furniture. There was stuff all over the floors, the walls, the top of the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. When we opened our door to go in, stuff fell on our heads. We contacted the company and they sent out a clean up crew, who did not have any tools for cleanup. Additionally, the ceiling was not left ready for painting. We again talked to the company Manager who told us it wasn't their problem. We originally scheduled for them to paint, but ended up firing them and doing the work ourselves. DON'T HIRE THEM!

They were very professional. The owner Kent McClure came out and gave me a bid. He wanted to keep his crews busy and gave me 27percent disc. The workers very friendly showed up on time and left on time . I do have one problem in my entryhall but it looks very fixable.The crews were exceptionally clean,neat and nice,Yes I will tell my friends this is the company they want.
