My inspection reports are delivered on-site and are accurate, detailed and meticulous. I am a member in good standing with NACHI, the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the world's largest home inspection association. NACHI affiliated inspectors are a cut above the rest. NACHI inspectors follow strict Standards of Practice, are obligated to uphold a stringent Code of Ethics, and are required to fulfill 18 hours of continuing education annually. Project: Inspect a Home
John showed up on time and inspected the entire property. He went above and beyond what I had expected. He took pictures and determined areas that he thought were areas of concern. He gave insights and his opinion, when asked. He was patient with the fact that I had 5 different things going on at once. I would highly recommend John to anyone who is serious about buying a property. His report was submitted back to me with pictures and descriptions that depicted what was going on with the different aspects of the building and how it was supported in a timely fashion. Very Professional. Thank you.
