Project: Remodel a Basement
AJ & his crew did a great job remodeling the large basement. We are very pleased with new 2 bedrooms, gorgeous bathroom, beautiful wet bar, family room with nicely tiled corner fireplace, lighted arch niches, theater room, etc. AJ has a lot of good ideas on the floor design and he is very flexible with changes to make everything look better! I'm amazed that he can do all phases of work to help cut down costs since he is a fully licensed contractor. He happily & quickly repaired the decayed redwood deck stairs and others at no cost to me. He is the best, hard working contractor I've known.

Provided excellent customer service throughout the job and exceeded expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Provide follow-up throughout the job and after work was completed. We were under a tight budget which we were able to keep. The estimate provided was well below similar estimates for identical requirements. Awesome liaison between problematic fireplace insert vender, compelling them to back their product. I have already recommended to friend.

AJ went above and beyond! The basement looks better than I thought it would. Whenever we added any extras we had a detailed plan and understood the additional costs. Great attitude and excellent craftsman ship. I will be recommending Bear Mountain to any and all friends who need work done.

Project: Sunroom or Patio Enclosure - Build
He has done two projects for me and is lined up for a third. He gave me a detailed estimate, kept open coummunication throughout the project, stayed within my budget, had great attention to detail, and is courteous. I have never used the same contractor for multiple projects except for AJ.

Project: Build an Addition
The customer service, quality and value I received from Bear Mountain, AJ Gale, on my addition was impeccable. This large custom addition to an 1890 Victorian required; building design, engineering, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custom interior and exterior design. AJ is skilled in all these areas and produced an amazing finished product. He's a joy to work with, professional, enthusiastic and good communicator. I would highly recommend Bear Mountain for any type of remodel or addition,

AJ and his crew did what they said they quoted and if anything needed changed he talk to me as the customer first. They were ontime each day and they did a great job. I'd ask AJ and his crew back to do other projects in the future. Thanks AJ.

Aj with Bear Mountain did a fantastic job on our basement remodel. He has been very good with follow up after completion of the job as well. We are very happy with our new basement remodel and deck. We will use him for future jobs and have recommended him to our neighbors and other friends.
