I really liked Joe, the Sr. Landscape Designer. He was knowledgeable, nice, and had great ideas. However, I wouldn't recommend Bear Creek Landscapes because the value just isn't there. They overcharge (e.g., $75 for 1 yard of mulch), and they nickle and dime every little thing. I paid over $2200 for about 6.5 hours of work with a 3 person crew. They assured me that it would look great, but when I questioned things like (why didn't you trim the weeds next to the mulch) they said that I didn't pay for that and they never agreed. Paying that much money, I expect the best. They were average ...just a very expensive average.

This job was alot more involved than described above. There was quite a bit of material and spray work done for a small job. This person doesnt understand what is involved with costs. He got good value for what he got for putting his house on the market to sell...All costs were outlined up front . I dont charge for small items like descibed.

They were wonderful. Professional, efficient, clean and neat. All work was cleaned up at the end of each day. Never left any gates open. All the employees were pleasant. The rock wall they built is beautiful. All of their work was perfect and everything was done on time or sooner than expected.

Mike is great to work with, he is very practical and efficient. He listened to our needs and came back with a very practical design and within our budget. His team is very hard-working, efficient, polite and did a good clean up. We got out brand new patio, sidewalk and lighting done in a week. We will continue working with Mike for our landscaping needs.

Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps

Came out right away and helped me figure out what I wanted for my concrete patio and steps. Worked with me on what was doable within my budget. I had the finished patio within a week of our first contact and I'm very pleased with it.
