Tom did an excellent job for us. He inspected every detail of the house and made very clear and detailed report. We are extremely satisfied with his service and will definately choose Beacon again when needed !

Canada has Mike Holmes,Connecticut I give you Thomas Hauswirth! Stop searching. Thomas is "your guy". You are about to make one of the biggest or potentially most expensive decision of your life, the purchase of a home. I’m sure, like me, you are looking for someone who is honest, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We found Tom to be all of that and more. This is not our first home purchase, nor our first experience with home inspectors. I assure you we will never use anyone besides Thomas for all future purchases. I can’t say enough how thoroughly impressed we are with his service, expertise and ability to educate his clients.

He was very professional and very good!!! I mean he looked at everything as well as explained every detail to me. I got a 44 page written report afterwords, which included pictures. This was the best home inspection I have ever witnessed and I will tell everyone I know that is about to go through the home buying process to use him.

Tom is the best inspector, period. If you are still reading reviews, save yourself time and just hire him IMMEDIATLY. Not only does he KNOW what he is talking about, but he is patient, friendly and answers all your questions. But most importantly, he does a VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION. This is not our first rodeo, but Tom is THE BEST inspector we have ever had. He inspected EVERY INCH of the house - tried every window, door, faucet, and fan. He left no stone unturned and frankly, I will never trust another home to another inspector. Tom loves his job and it shows. He should be charging double in my opinion, because he saved us a bundle!!!

Tom was amazing from the moment I spoke with him on the phone. He arrived to the home early and took a lot of time assessing the areas in the home. He didn't just show us problem areas, he educated us as to what the optimal function of these areas were. He also gave us a very detailed report in a manual format that included a comprehensive maintenance schedule for our prospective home. Because of his detail, we felt armed with knowledge to enter into the negotiation stage of the home buying process. I would highly recommend Beacon.

Thomas was right on time, even a little early. He was very professional and answered any questions we had. He was very prompt about getting the report to us. He was very knowlegable and felt that his price was quite fair. We would be happy to recommend him.
