Took the time to fully explain the entire project and what would be involved. Very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable in response to questions and concerns. Felt very comfortable having this company entering my home and doing work.

I was called immediately. I had two outdoor lights with sensors that were not working. The guy who specializes in electric called me and came out that day. He replaced the fixtures with LED units the following Monday. He would have done it on Saturday if I had been available. I am very pleased with the work.

Vinnie was professional,responsive and made every step of the project a smooth and excellent experience for us. As well as cleaning, Bay View also removed junk and did interior painting. Vinnie and Rob who were at our house every day for a week were always positive about every challenge and produced outstanding results. Am very appreciative to have made contact with Bay View and will hire them again.
