Nice guy a friendly coordination but very poor follow through once he was paid. Before the job, I asked for pictures of the completed job and a receipt by e-mail. I never got any pictures and had to keep bugging them for receipt. Turns out price estimate didn't include painting but they promised to have a stucco painter contact me to complete the task. That, also, never happened! Overall, not a company I'd choose if I'd known.

WE SATISFY EVERYONE BUT IN THIS CASE THIS CLIENT ALSO LIVED IN JAPAN COMMUNICATION WAS LIMITED AND I ALSO GAVE A 20% DISCOUNT FOR BEING IN THE SERVICE THEN INCLUDED FREE WORK ON HIS RESIDENTS AND OVER EXCEEDED TO TRY AND MAKE THIS CLIENT HAPPY WITH QUALITY WORKMANSHIP.

I received a call from Bay to Bay within 30 minutes of sending my information to Service magic -- the other company e-mailed me the next day. Ryan came out the next evening and gave me an estimate. The crew showed up two days later, did a nice job and cleaned up very well. I am impressed with the service and professional attitude of this company and highly recommend it.

Brought a crew sufficient to do the work in the least amount of time. Their workmanship was first rate. They were careful not to damage plants and cleaned up after the work. I highly recommend this company for stucco repair.
