they were efficient but there was a misunderstanding about a credit that i didn't bother to pursue because of time.

I called AquaTek (sticker on my pump) 5 times. Each time I got transferred to an operator who said all they could do was "page it out". After the 5th call I decided to call Bay State, who immediately answered and said they could be at the house within 1/2 hour (on a Sunday). The technician was there within 20 minutes and after a couple of hours of troubleshooting he said the pump was dead, but could be back first thing the next morning to replace it....which they did. They were extremely professional to both me and my wife and completed the job in a better than expected timeline and quality. AquaTek has yet to return my call.

Scott did a very good job, he came over on time and did a wonderful job to fix our problems and get out water back. They were very polite and did a very quality job. I am very satisfied.

Limited experience with workmanship, but they helped me rule out well problems for a ground water issue I was experienced. Did this over the phone at no charge

Recieved a phone call within an hour of placing request on ServiceMagic. Arrived right on time and had our water back within an hour. Professional and courteous. The company that actually put in the well & pump finally called back 18 hr after first leaving a voicemail and two hours after Bay State had finished! I'm calling Bay State from now on.
