We needed a quick analysis and estimate of repairs to an old boiler that was at a house we were buying. Bay State came out the next day and provided practical advice and a reasonable estimate that we could rely on. Thank you!

It was a pleasure working with Jim, Paul and Greg. They worked in an efficient manner, were courteous and pleasant. Bring on the humid days of summer so that I can truly enjoy my new central AC!

Their work was fantastic. Jimmy is a very friendly person. He took the time to figure out the system from top to bottom before starting. His team did very high quality work. They put in new vents and the job was so perfect I didn't have to make a single touch up to any wall. They did a lot more work for the same money. The system works perfectly. Probably the best contractor I've ever used. I would recommend Bay State to anyone. He does very high quality work. The installation is as important as the high efficiency unit itself. All our rooms are now comfortable. That was never true before. He really likes his work and it makes all the difference.

Jim was friendly and helpful and the installation went smoothly. The boiler sprang a bad leak after about two weeks, which was worrying, but Jim came out the day after Thanksgiving to fix it. I would recommend Bay State without hesitation.

A week later and I'm very happy that I chose Bay State Heating & Air Conditioning. I had called them on short notice, asking them to install my boiler between Christmas and New Years, and they came through, on time and on budget. Plus Jimmy Kazijian and his workers were extremely courteous and friendly. The boiler Jimmy offered to install met my needs and budget. I'd be happy to use his firm again.

Project: Install Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
They did a great job installing two new high-efficiency furnaces. And they were reasonable with their price. In addition they changed my air condition compressor and internal coil. The previous a/c contractor could not find what was wrong with it but Jim realized the compressor did not work anymore. Once the air conditioner was installed we discovered the coil inside the house needed replacement so he changed that too. Now the air conditioner is working very well. He did an excellent job and charged a very reasonable price.

They did an outstanding job in replacing our boiler. Jim's design was first class and he was highly accommodating to our suggestions and requests. the installation was done on-time and the entire crew was professional and neat. After the installation they were highly responsive to our calls and questions quickly resolved the minor tuning issues. We would highly recommend them as HVAC professionals.
