Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Rick first sat down with us to explain clearly what he was going to do,the cost of the job, and listened attentitvely to our ideas, and he was very helpful with his suggestions. He gave us a time frame that he expected the job to be finished. We went over about 1 week, not any fault to him or his crew.Just bad wallpaper.His crew worked extra time even weekends to stay on track best they could. Rick was very accomodating to us and our needs. He is very precise, he is on tim,dependable and he has a fabulous crew as well. He cleaned up after each days work. I am EXTREMELY happy with his work and LOVE my new Kitchen/diinig room. Thank You Rick

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms - For Business
All the medical and support personnel here at the Air Station are very happy with the work completed by Bay Ridge Development. Mr. Sievers was very polite towards the staff, and was very flexible with our schedule. I would recommend Bay Ridge Development to anybody and I look forward to working with them again. Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Rick and his crew are awesome! They worked with us to remodel a bathroom for our elderly Grandfather. Not only was Rick friendly, knowledgeable and professional, he was also very sensitive to our situation and was able to accommodate our schedule. We were so impressed with Rick and his crew that we asked them to take on several other projects in the home. I would recommend Bay Ridge to anyone looking for a true professional that not only produces beautiful end results (our bathroom is amazing) but who also listens to your needs and help you get there on time and on budget! We will continue to use Bay Ridge for all of our needs -5 stars !!

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Bay Ridge did top quality work at a very reasonable cost. The entire project from proposal to completion was less than a week. The completed deck is very well-constructed and looks great. Bay Ridge exceeded my expectations. They are the first call I will make for my next project.

I was EXTREMELY pleased and impressed with all aspects of my experience with Bay Ridge Development. Rick Sievers is a craftsman who has extensive experience in both custom new home construction and high-quality remodeling. From the very first meeting, I was impressed with Rick's demeanor, extensive knowledge and insight into possible "gotchas" associated with my project. Rick was extremely thorough and reasonable in his estimates, began the work exactly as scheduled and completed my project in less time than he had initially proposed. The quality of the work was extremely high, and Rick was very accommodating. HIGHLY Recommended!!

Project: Garage - Remodel
Excellent - deserves 6 stars, absolutely!! He is honest - a perfectionist, has such great customer service; always is timely with scheduled. TOP NOTCH. Rick, built our home, did our basement, (ceramic tiling/trim) + built our garage. Highly recommend.
