Completely professional. Courteous and thorough. The work they did was outstanding. They discovered things that I would have never known about until it was too late. The monetary consideration for a buyer inspection is well worth the investment. A few dollars spent now is worth thousands and thousands later.

We had the pleasure to inspect two houses in the same day for this client. Unfortunately, we discovered major structural/foundational issues at both properties. We notified the client and stopped both inspections immediately, only charging him a trip charge so he did not have to pay for an inspection on a home that he was obviously not going to purchase. Treating others equitably is far more valuable than cash. We look forward to serving Mr S again when he is ready!

The service was very good and our credit union was very pleased with the inspection.

It is a great honor to work for the federal government. We appreciate a wonderful review and a very high rating. We regret that you felt that our value was below five stars. Two inspectors spent three hours each inspecting ingress/egress, fire safety, exterior, attic, electric service, water heater, heating and cooling, plumbing/laundry, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We wrote a total of fifty-two concerns with forty-eight photos and provided a website as a report. We occasionally examine our rates, but we cannot provide this quality of service for less than the $225 fee that was invoiced. We hope to work with you again in the future.

Michael and his crew were extremely thorough in their inspection which is exactly what I needed in order to assess/justify my purchase. His dedication to providing the best possible service so his clients know what they're getting in to is exemplary. His honest and frank approach left me with few questions. I would use his service again.

Jimmie P,Thanks for an awesome review! On the surface this house looked to need appliances, some flooring and a little paint. Upon closer scrutiny we found much more,including a buried electrical issue that could potentially reach a repair bill exceeding $15,000. Whew! Glad we were able to advise you of this condition, and provide a competent electrical contractor on short notice to evaluate and provide a repair estimate. Houses aren't always what they appear to be, even when they are visibly a little rough around the edges! You were very kind, patient, and easy to work with and we appreciate both your business and your timely review, Sir.

Most reviews already described why this company has high rating. You will feel their sincerity to serve customers. The reason I did't give a perfect rating is because I feel their final report left something to be desired in formatting, not easy for customer to identify key issues, and not necessarily key issues take more weight in report. I do real estate investment, and used quite a few home inspections companies. Some of them has better reporting format for me to grab the key issues. However, Michael did address my concerns/confusions in a timely fashion. Recommend customer walk through with Michael to be better informed.

Mr W, I'm glad that you feel like our service was worthy of your 4.83 rating out of 5, but regret that the other .17 is missing because you felt the report format was not informative enough. We aim to give 5 star service to every client. In the course of our duties to inspect your 2006 home we wrote 42 concerns supported with 49 photos marked with circles/arrows to identify findings. We spent six man hours on this 3670sf house and an hour going over our findings on-site.

Provided excellent service. He had very positive attitude and provided very useful solutions to problem areas.
