Project: Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure

The work was done in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner. My porch and front door look great as well as my stairs are much safer (also looks great), Bay Builders made suggestions and itemized the written estimate, so it was easy to make the adjustments necessary to stay within my budget. I highly recommend Bay Builders.

Mitch stayed right on top of the project. His subs were vey competent and were very professional. I found Mitch very easy to work with and the workmanship was satisfactory. In addition to the bathroom remodel, he also installed a exhaust hood over our island range.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

Mitch Trusler of Bay Builders contacted me per my request through Service Magic, to remove an old concrete patio, construct a deck and screened porch on the rear of our house. In addition, he worked with us to have our roof shingles removed and replace, along with gutters and downspouts. Finally, he worked with us to add a segment of concrete driveway. Mitch did an outstanding job in all aspects of the work. He showed up promptly at our initial appointment time, included references, and always followed through on a timely basis. His experience and suggestions along the way were very helpful in our deck and screened porch.Outstanding job!

Fast efficient courteous service. I couldnt have have asked for any better service. Mitch and his crew are professionals all the way. I will use them for my siding when I have the funds to do this next project. Their roofing job was done in one day and the job was professional. I will enjoy my new roof for the next 30 years worry free. Thank you Mitch and crew!

The bathroom remodeling experience has been excellent. The combined experience of Mitch and his project manager is evident in their quality workmanship and attention to detail. Mitch has been honest, reliable and professional and he has high standards for his subs. He has worked with us on options and been quite helpful in ensuring we understood each facet of the project. Great communication skills, coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry, enables Mitch to educate the homeowner so they make informed decisions. We have been very pleased and will use Bay Builders again.

great work, on time, quick 2 day installation, good cleanup, Mitch came out to inspect the roof himself after work was completed and did a sweep of property for nails.
