I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship, these guys do what they say. They were professional, courteous and detail oriented. My house is level once again, all my doors shut and the warps in my floors are gone. They did a beautiful job restoring the concrete sidewalks that had to be removed, if you want quality workmanship give these guys a call.

My house settled 6.5" on one side. I had talked to multiple contractors over the course of 1 year prior to deciding to use Bay Area Underpinning. Most contractors spent less than 10 minutes onsite before providing a bid. Bay Area Underpinning spent more than 1 hour doing level testing and answering my questions. More importantly, Bay Area Underpinning costs were about 60% less than my lowest bid, and they completed the project in 2 weeks where other contractors quoted me 6 weeks. From start to finish I was 110% satisfied - I would recommend Bay Area Underpinning to anyone and everyone who needs the services they perform.

had a great experience with these guys, they were professional and did good work at reasonable rates. steve, rick and mike worked well together and were good communicators throughout the process. finished product is good and they were flexible as the project unfolded. would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again should the need arise.
