Thank you for the entertainment! It was very intriguing watching the process of getting this tree removed since it had fallen into a creek. They did an excellent job! Their expertise was apparent and they got everything done in the most efficient way possible.

Bay Area Tree Care's work was exemplary !! And although they were unable to meet our originally agreed date (by only one day) for the work -- their Office Rep. very courteously stayed in contact with me to explain why. Also, their charges were very competitive.

The results were great. They didn't bring a stump grinder and had to come back a few days later. Communication from their office was lacking at times. But, overall, I am very happy with their work and will hire them again.

They were good on the job and gave me very competitive rate. They also gave me a military discount. The only problem I had is that they had to delay scheduled date due to no fault of my own and they did not give me any additional discounts because of that.

Right on time. Only complaint is that they didn't set up the stump grinding for the same day as they said they didn't realize it was supposed to be. They checked the paperwork to see that it did, took them almost 2 weeks to get back to do it. Didn't concern me too much as I knew they would be back so they could get paid the balance of the bill. They did a great job of getting down a huge tree in a dangerous area.
