Project: Install Natural Stone Tile
Service magic sent us 3 contractors and we also asked for quote from a couple of others recommended by friends. Bay area stone & tile came with an ipad and showed us the exact design that we were thinking about. Even though they were not the lowest quote, we decided to go with them. Our installation was delayed a couple of times due to delay in procuring material and BAS&T accommodated us. During the installation, a schedule was given and work went to the schedule. I am happy with the overall quality of work and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Project: Install Stone Slab Countertops
Had a couple of hic-cups, but Geroge (the PM) was awesome throughout. And he even took a look at the granite slabs with me, judging which pieces would work best. George was great to have on the project. I would definitely make sure to work with him on future projects.

Bay Area Stone & Tile did very good job on my home floor tiles installation. Juan’s crew is skillful and very customer oriented. Juan came to monitor the project progress once or twice a day and he communicated with me all the time. During the design phase, Juan offered me many professional suggestions and he also listened to what I really needed. Overall Juan is honest person, very professional and easy to deal with. That is why I contract with him to do the work. I am totally satisfied the job Bay Area Stone & Tile did on my home. In term of craftsmanship, customer services, pricing, designs and schedule, I gave Bay Area Stone & Tile 5 stars. I highly recommended Bay Area Stone & Tile to my friends or associates.

Since you recommanded them last year there has been so many delays on my part and they hung in there with me all this time and when I was finally ready to get the job done they did it for the same price that they quoted me back in May 2010 and now it is Jan 2011. I am glad that they stuck with me as they did a great job and a great price. Thanks Juan and your crew for the great job and being patience with me. They did a neat and clean job. Robert C.
