Bay Area Pool Chlor was prompt in responding to my repair need. They had to remove our pool pump and take it to their shop for a more detailed inspection. In one day we learned that it needed a minor repair (replaced bearings) and was reinstalled in less than one week! Regarding one of the other recommended vendors (Frank), he called and said that Hayward no longer made my pump and recommended replacing for $600+ WITHOUT EVEN SEEING/INSPECTING MY PUMP! Thank goodness I went with Bay Area Pool Chlor!

Beware of these folks! They think they should be paid whether or not they perform the work. If you think you can receive a credit for service not performed, think again. You can try, but it will take contact with the Better Business Bureau to make them comply.

I hired them for one-time spring cleaning, and they did a good job. The cleaning was thorough; they also replaced the pool cover and did not leave a mess. Larry was good about returning my initial phone calls.

I was contacted right away for an appointment for an estimate to fix my pool heater. Ben was on time and very professional. He quickly found that the problem wasn't my heater at all and explained to me and fixed the problem. I will use this pool service again and will recommend it to all my friends and family.
