We've been in business for over 25 years and have built a reputation in the local community, and the landscaping community at large, as one of the top landscaping companies in the area. Ground Works, a quality landscape design and construction company, was started by James Crowley in 1977. In the early 1970's, Jim started a landscape maintenance business as a means of financing his college education. As time progressed, Jim's interest expanded to include the construction and design aspects of landscaping. Through continued education, practical experience, and dedication, Jim has developed his current expertise and reputation as a quality, customer service-oriented landscape contractor. We are very happy with our patio and yard. We wanted flagstone and Bay Area was the only one that didn't try to talk us out of it. We got so many compliments on our beautiful patio.

The project in my front yard was fantastic. Not only did they alway show up on time, but they finished the project one week early. The crew of men worked hard and always clean up before before they left for the day They kept busy the entire time only breaking for lunch. I will be using Bay Area Landscaping, INC. dba Ground Works.

Bay Area landscape, Inc. were both professional and fast. Jim’s crew work hard and were very considerate; cleaning as they went to minimize any inconvenience. Jim kept a close eye on progress and the job turned out beautiful. I am looking forward to working with Jim on my next landscaping project.

Showed up on time and on budget. It was a small job but ran smoothly. I think a little more time could have been spent on making the seams a little tighter but I'm sure it will grow in quickly.
