Rob (the owner) responded promptly and professionally to my service request and was able to provide a reasonably priced estimate on site which was followed by an in writing estimate and contract via email. He is clearly knowledgable about many areas of home construction and demonstrated a genuine concern for our satisfaction. Servicemagic provided the names of 3 contractors and just based on appearance and professionalism and the fact that the actual owner of the company was on my roof, choosing BetterBuild was a no-brainer. The roof repair was well done removing and replacing what had been improperly installed while keeping a clean job site.

Rob and Nick took great care of us. They went so far as to take before and after pictures of the work on the roof since we couldn't go up and see what they were talking about, and when they discovered a broken vent duct in the attic, they even fixed that, too! Would definitely hire these guys again.

Rob and Nick were great. They were very open and honest about what needed to be done and what was optional. They did a very thorough job inspecting our attic and roof and spent the most time with us going over the process. They were the best price for a quality job. I would recommend them to my friends & family.
