Bob was by far the best contractor I have ever hired in the 27 years I have owned my home. He was knowledgeable, reliable, prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend him, and plan on using him for all of my future plumbing needs.

Bob was our repairman and did a excellent job. I could not be any happier. He explained the problem and what needed to be done step by step.I have had other companys work on my hottub, But now only Bath Gallery, Ltd will be the ONLY ones to work on it. Thanks Bob

Bob was very helpful,explaining the problem with our hot tub. He discussed proper care & gave us DVD with information for trouble shooting since we had never owned a hot tub before.

THe whole experience was great. I got called back within 1 hour from submitting my request. He arrived on time. He found the problem quickly and fixed the problem at a fair price. Okay, now for what I really liked. The problem was the hot tub heater was not working. He took the time to identify the root cause of the problem (i.e. he did not just replace the heater). This took someone who had experience and the desire to find the root cause. The cause was no power to the motor. Once he cleaned all the connections to the circuit board the power to the motor worked. Result was no extra charges for parts not warranted. Nice job!

They were very nice, and were very thorough. They spent a lot of time with us to make sure the problem was solved. They did a good job and we'll have them out again.
