I received a call from Mr. Cantrell within 1 hour of putting in my Service Magic request. He came out the next day, put a quote together and started work 3 days later. He completed the project as promised, answered all my questions and now we have a fantastically repaired shower and a beautiful dual-sink vanity that looks great!

Bill is very professional and very responsible. Some contracts only called/emailled me then provided estimates. Not Bill, he came to my house, looked at the tub carefully and provided a very reasonable estimate, all contract's details. He gave me time to think and make decision. I have received some many compliments on my "new" tub.
