Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Bates was prompt and left time to make up my mind without a lot of follow up calls which is something I like. The crew arrived about 9am and was finished including clean up at 6pm same day. They were very polite and non intrusive. I would definely recommend them for and estimate to anyone.

Bates Roofing were prompt in responding to our request for a bid. They provided us good advice on the most appropriate materials for the quality and design of our home. The work was started and completed promptly. The workers were friendly, professional, arrived promptly and completed the work thoroughly. Equally as important, each day when the workers departed, they left our home and surrounding area clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Bates Roofing, without question. Good price, Top quality materials and first class work.

Bates had the best warranty and financing. The removed my old roof with no mess and put my new roof on all in a day and a half. Quality workmanship and great guys.

Project: Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
Bill came out the day after I submitted request and gave us a written estimate on the spot and even offered to fix leak until they could get to it. They did a great job and cleaned up well after. I would have given 5 stars except that he wasn't very good at letting me know what was going on, if they were going to be here or not BUT he would return my call right away if I called him. I just like to be in the loop. I would definitely use Bates again and have already referred them to a friend.

They did a great job very quickly and the price was also great. They were friendly and cleaned up very well when the job was done. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars on customer service is because nobody called to let me know when they were coming. I was surprised when they just showed up to do the work. Other than that, I would highly recommend them.
