I explained that to him over the… Read Complete Rating Kevin Bates left my gas on to my spa heater ON after telling me my heater did not work. The breaker was turned OFF, which explains why the heater did not work. I explained that to him over the phone, but he told me he didn't know what was wrong with it. <br /> <br />I would expect someone trained to repair pool heaters to know at least that. He referred me to someone else after charging me $65 to tell me he couldn't fix it himself. <br /> <br />He also tried repair my chlorinater leak by gluing it COMPLETELY shut. Now we have to get someone else to come and replace the whole chlorinater.
