David Bass completed our sliding door install as well as our 20 x 12 deck off of the second story. He did an outstanding job. He was very professional, always on time, and treated the job with so much expertise. My husband and I were very satisfied with the work, his ethics, and his workmanship. Everytime I called, David Bass answered the phone himself. He was prompt, kept in contact with me, worked around my schedule, did the work as promised, and was an all around nice guy. Would hire him again in a second.

He showed up for the estimate when schedualed. Mr Bass called to follow up on original appiontment. He was on time for both estmate and even early for the instulation. The work was done in a timely manor with great quality. They cleaned up the work area. We felt the price was reasonable. We would deffinitely reccomend Bass Remodeling to family and friends

The design was beautiful. They showed up on time and worked hard all day. The price was excellent but the finished product was rough. The bookcase looked nice until you ran your hand across it, it was like sandpaper and I will have to sand again and repaint. The the piece done also had a great finish look from a distance but the finish was rough. I won't be able to polish or dust without some light sanding and recoating.

First I will need to apologize to my customer for her dissatisfaction on the finish. They wanted the work to be stained and varnished. I usually do not do this kind of work. I will appricialt the feed back, I will review my staining technique and refine, My goal is to have all of my customers happy even if it is not a job that I usualy perform. Dave Bass
