They arrived on time, and completed the project sooner than expected. The workers were very pleasant, and willing to answer my many questions about how the waterproofing process works. They took my concerns seriously, and did a great job. Thankfully, the project was completed just before Hurricane Irene arrived.

BWN was extremely responsive and reliable starting with my initial call requesting a quote, to the in home visit to survey my issue, and then ultimately to scheduling and completing the work. They talked me through different approaches and made a recommendation about what they thought was the best course of action. The project was done on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and we haven't had an issue since. Definitely a good experience.

BWN did a good job and so far our basement has remained water-free, even during the last storm when many people had flooded basements. They did the work on schedule and cleaned up well. The unfinished part of our basement actually looks better than it did before.

All work was completed as contracted. So glad we're rid of the smell of mold and dampness. The men on the project were very professional and knew what they were doing. Even though things were covered there still was a lot of dust. We will use them again if the need arises.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Needed new drain system installed around edge of entire basement. Had new drain pipes to sump, new clean gravel intalled and new concrete applied over that at the edges. Good communications, great price. What really sold me was they use this bentonite stuff in soil around the house that creates a barrier to water. So the only water that can get in has to come from the water table. Only issue was I wonder if they couldn't have done a better job of finishing the new cement. Otherwise they'd be getting 5 stars. Other contractors have told me they agree it could have been a little better, but is not terrible.
